Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Jyostro, we are committed to providing meaningful and personalized guidance through our astrology, vastu, numerology, and astro-vastu consultation services. As our services involve dedicated time and customized analysis by our experts, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through the Jyostro platform.

1. Booking Confirmation

All consultations booked through the Jyostro website are confirmed only after successful payment. Once the booking is confirmed, the consultation slot is reserved exclusively for the client.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the personalized nature of our services, payments made for consultations are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered under specific circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments made for the same service.
  • Technical errors where payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed.
  • Situations where Jyostro is unable to deliver the scheduled consultation due to internal or technical reasons.

Clients must raise refund requests within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after booking a consultation.
  • Dissatisfaction with the consultation, interpretation, or guidance provided.
  • Failure to attend the scheduled session.
  • Cancellation requests made after the consultation time has passed.
  • Refunds would not be processed for non-tangible irrevocable goods (“digital products”), once the order is confirmed and login details have been sent.

Astrology and related sciences provide guidance and insights, and outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request one rescheduling of their consultation, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.
